Lamba hone ka tarika - लम्बा होने का तरीका

Hello mitro ,  yaha ak lambe samay ke bad mai kuch bat likhane ja rahi hu, abhi mai apko bachpan ki kahani shajha karna chahti hu,us waqt ki bat hai,  jab mai Std-7th class me thi, mai apne dost ke sath school jaya karti thi, hum dono kafi gahari dosti thi, hum dono ek sath school jana or khana khati thi, par hasne wali baat ye hai ki, mere dost ko kafi nind aati thi, school jane ke mai hi phone kar uthaya karti thi.



ek din bat hai, mere dost mujse kahi ki mai tumhe kuch khena chahti hu, maine kaha ha bilkul mujse bato, mere dost kahi ki...bat ye hai, ki mere Lambai bahut hi kam hai, jiske karan kafi paresani uthani padti hai, or to or mere kuch dost log mazak bhi udate hai, or mummy bhi paresan rehti hai, is wajah se mai kafi paresan or udas rehti hu, mai apni dost ki baat sunkar, mujse kafi jada taklif hue, fir maine dost ko Sumjhaya tu Chinata na karo, mai tumhe bataungi, tum bas Follow karna hoga.

jadatar kisi ki lambai uske family pe depend karta hai, parantu aisa nahi hai, kabhi kabhi aisa dikhane ko mil jata hai, aap apne friends ya Family me to dekha hi hoga unke father lambe hai, or unke bete bhi lambe hai, kabhi kabhi aap ye bhi dekhte honge ki father ki lambai nahi hoti or bete ki hoti hai, to baat ye hai ki aap ye nahi soch sakte Family me koi father,mother,sister,brother labme hai to ukka asar kisi bhi padegaa ji bilkul bhi nahi,


Jadatar... ye bhi log sochte hai, ki Lambai kewal 18 saal tak hi badh sakti hai, per aisa bilkul bhi nahi hai, ki 18 saal ke baad Lambai nahi badh sakta. agar rojana bayam or paustik ahar le to Lambai bilkul badh sakte hai.


  1. Lambe hone ka tarika , Rojana Exercise kigiye or Healthy Diet badhye.
  2. Yaad rahe Market me kai, “ Lambe hone ka , kai trah ke Medicine milti hai, bilkul bhi use na kare, kyo ki bahut hi side effect hote hai.


Chaliye aaj mai bina Side Effect ke Lambe hone ka tarika , batati hu.


aap Protein Jyada matra me le jaise… Doodh, daal, mufali, or Jyada se Jyada matra me pani ( Water )  jarur le kyo ki pani pine bahut kuch samasya ka hal hai, pani din me 2L jarur piye.



Regular Exercise kare


apke pas time hai,  to Morning ya evening me bilkul exercise kare, kyon ki exercise karne se Height Increase hoti hai, agar aapke pas morning me time nahi hai. to me bilkul bhi Exercise kar sakte hai, physical activity ke liye  :  morning  ya evening walk,or swimming, jumping, running, physical activity karne se lambe samya tak aapke bones strong banne me bhi help karta hai, or chust, tandurust rakha hai.


A )  Bhujangasana Yoga - Cobra stretch exercise
Bhujangasana yoga or sarp namaskar bhi kahte hai ,bhujangasana ko english me Cobra pose Kaha jata hai, bhujangasana  yoga karne se pith ke dard or  rogiyo ke liye bahut hin labhdayak hai ye bhujangasana, sampurn vyayam prati din karne se kandhe, hath,pith,kidani or libar mazbuti milti hai.


Bhujangasana Yoga kaise karen

  1. bhujangasana Yoga karne se pehle swachh or hawadar jagah  per jaiye, uske bad asan chatai bichha kar pet ke bal pe let jaye.


  1. Uske-bad apne donon paron ko achchhee tarah se lamba kigiye or phaila de, aur thodi zameen par laga de, fir dono Eailbows  dono taraph ke pasaliyon se sati huye rakh kar , donon hatho ke hatheliyo zameen par laga digiye, yaad rahe kee aap ke hatho ke panje seedhe hone chaahie or zameen kee aur hone chahiye, or donon Eailbows  seedhee akash ki or mude honee chahiye.
  2. bhujangasana Yoga karte samay yaad rahe ki dono hatho ke panje, hamesa sono kandho ke thik niche zameen pe hone chaiye.
  3. Phir apne shir ko zameen pe rakhe hone digiye.
  4. phir aap dono aankho ko band kar lambi saans ligiye or dhire-dhire upar uthaye uskebad gardan ko akash ki or upar uthaye. Phir pet ke bhag ko dhire dhire upar utha le.
  5. Or gardan ko upar ki or le jaye or pith ko piche ki or jukaye, uper uthane ke liye sharir ko jor lagaye or hatho pe kam bhar de,
  6. bhujangasana Yoga din me 2 to 3 -time kare.
  7. bhujangasana Yoga me 20-sec tak mudra me rehna chahiye.



2.  Table stretch exercise
table stretch exercise karne ke aapko exercise mastar ki jarurat padegi, kyon ki agar aap khud se table stretch exercise karte hai to aapko injury hone ki sambhawana hai. To aap bilkul exercise mastar ke bina na kare, ye exercise height ko increase karne me help milti hai.

3.  Gravitational force Exercise
hanging exercise isme gravity ka use karte hai, generally gravitational force niche ki or khincha padta hai, or khas baat ye hai ki gravitational force karne se full body joint me pressure padta hai height badhane me kafi help milti hai.  


  1. Din me kam se kam 1hr Exercise kare, morning  ya evening time me hi kare.


4.  Swimming exercise
swimming exercise karne se pure body ko workout or stretch hoti hai, jisse height increase me help karta hai.



5.  Cycling
cycling karne se pure body ke sare muscles utilizes hote hai,  jisse body ki growth hoti hai.



Nind acchi le


Nind acchi lene se sharir ki thakawat dur ho jati hai, or sharir ko agar aaram nahi mili to sharir develop nahi hogi, body ko develop karne ke liye sharir ko aaram ki kafi jarurat hai, sabsi badi to ye hai,


ki  human Growth Hormone tabhi create hoti hai, jab sharir rest kar raha ho,to Height increase karne ke liye kam se kam 7 - 8hr rojana jarurat hai.

Bahut log ki aadat hoti hai, shahi trike se log chair pe nahi baithe hai,  ji haa agar choti - choti chijo pe deyaan de to problem dur ho jati hai,  yeh height ki sabse badi  dushman hai, chair pe baithane ka tarika yeh hai ki aap bilkul Straight Line me hi baithe,


aise baithane se aapki height badhane se bilkul ruk nahi sakta or aapki pith me dard bhi nahi honge, Exm me aapko niche picture di hue aap aise hi bhaithe.
